This place is professional, quick, and clean. I was impressed with the very comfortable waiting area - coffee amd snacks are provided should you want. There is a wall with physical car parts that commonly need checking/replacing, and the TV was running a channel with a lot of information on car engine basics, which is refreshing rather than having the news or sports blasted over you. I remain impressed with the professionalism and the effort put into educating the customer, given the prevalence of auto shops that scam.

Rance and his team are awesome. It’s a really nice to have real and truthful mechanics looking out for you and finding you the best deals and not just giving you the most extensive price on everything. They go out of your way to research On how they can make it best for the customer. Awesome shop I highly recommend to everybody looking for a shop to take their car to.

Great customer service and a very trusted shop that truly values their customers! You get a detailed report with photos of what needs to be repaired on your vehicle. They communicate with you first before making any repairs. I will definitely recommend this shop!

USA Auto give you a very detailed diagnostic report when they service your vehicle. They let you know what you need now, and why. They tell you what to plan on for your next visit, and they tell you what repairs can wait and how much it will cost when the time comes. The new owner Rance worked with me to explain the fuel system (purge sensor) and suspension issues (sway bar end links), and fixed them all in the same day. I am already planning on bringing my other vehicle in soon for new tires and brakes.

They were honest with me. They could have taken advantage of my cars issues and had me spend thousands. Instead they did the RIGHT thing and told me it’s not worth fixing. 10/10 for having morals and using ethical practices. They will have all my business going forward.

Fixed my Audi A5’s current engine harness instead of replacing it which the Audi Dealership quoted me $5,000 and said repairing the original harness couldn’t be done. Rance and his crew saved me thousands of dollars. They have a customer for life.

What a breath of fresh air this experience has been. Rance and his team are as professional and helpful as it gets. Not being from the area, I’ve found it hard to find a trustworthy shop in the area. After multiple bad experiences elsewhere, a friend recommended USA automotive and I couldn’t be more compelled to recommend it myself after just 1 experience. A1 customer service!

Joe who owns USA Auto is a hard working, honest man who pays attention to details. We only trust USA Auto with our car. Everyone there is friendly and patient with us when my husband and I freak out about something that we did to our car. They listen and display empathy and get our car fixed in a professional timely manner.
